Tim Mallett

After years of working in the restaurant industry, Tim Mallett opened his first restaurant, Blue Water Grill, in November 1988 when he realized St. Louis needed a high-quality, simply prepared alternative to the New England style of heavy sauce and conservatively seasoned fish. He has since opened 3 other concepts in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area, and was awarded "2003 Owner of the Year" by Sauce Magazine.






Leslie M. Zotz
Business Manager

In her eight years with Great Restaurants, Leslie has been able to develop her career from being the accounts payable manager to Business Manager. She now oversees the accounts payable manager and generates the monthly financial statements for 5 corporations. She has become, somewhat by accident, the local "computer guru" and have had the opportunity to complement her MBA with a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management.
