Join Remy’s Kitchen & Wine Bar for a Week-Long Birthday Celebr-8-tion

 

January 14, 2003 ----   Remy’s Kitchen & Wine Bar is celebrating the 8th birthday of the Clayton restaurant with an “8” theme and special festivities planned for each night of the week.

 

      Monday February 3 – “Don’t’ Be Late, Come for Eight” Customer Cocktail       

      Party (5:30-7:30 pm)

     Help us kick off the week with 8 wines and 8 foods for only $8/person.

 

Tuesday February 4 – 1995 & 1998 Wine Tasting (5:00-6:00 pm)

In honor of Remy’s “birth” year and a year ending in 8, Remy’s is offering a special wine flight of ’95 & ’98 wines for $8.00.

 

Wednesday February 5 – Supporting other 8 year olds… (5:30-10:00 pm)

Have dinner at Remy’s and 8% of the total evening’s sales will go to KidSmart – an organization that supports local elementary school classrooms with supplies and materials.

 

Thursday February 6 – Cruise the Mediterranean: Destin-8-tion Spain

(9:30-midnight)

Remy’s visits the Mediterranean on Thursday nights, choosing a new region each month.  For the month of February, Remy’s will be in Spain with a tapas-style menu, wines, and entertainment to compliment the area.  Visit the mystery fortune teller to find out what is in your future!

 

Friday February 7 – Birthday of 8’s Night (5:30-midnight)

Receive a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine with your dinner if you were born in a year ending in 8!

 

Saturday February 8 – Crazy 8’s (5:30-midnight)

Have dinner at Remy’s and receive a “Crazy 8 Card” good for a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to be redeemed on the 8th of any month throughout 2003.

 

 

Remy’s Kitchen & Wine Bar is located at 222 S. Bemiston in Clayton and features a menu of cross-cultural cuisine influenced by the Mediterranean and an award winning wine list.  Remy’s was recently voted “Best Wine Bar” by the Riverfront Times 2002 Best of St. Louis Poll.  In addition, the restaurant received the “Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator Magazine in August 2002 for the second consecutive year.
