July 15, 2003 ---- The winemaker and University City native will be at the Webster Groves restaurant for a wine dinner that begins at 6:30 p.m. Big Sky Cafe Executive Chef Randy Brobst has created five courses of "Great Grapes"and food including:

Welcoming Hors d’oeuvres including Crostini of goat cheese, roasted tomatoes, fresh herbs & black olives, Savory Lamb Popovers w/ mango salad & balsamic reduction, Roasted Sweet Peppers w/ couscous, herbs, house made sausage & topped w/ lemon & basil oil
